Hermit Purple Permissions

In short, what Hermit Purple lacks in power - it makes up in precognitive/psychic abilities. To quote from his app:

Character Name: Straight forward, who the character in question is.
Can Joseph use Hermit Purple to get an image of your character?: Yes or not, this is merely to visualise what a character is doing in a given moment.
Can Joseph use Hermit Purple to read your character's mind? Yes or no. This requires more concentration Joseph's part so he will not be able to pick up more than a train of thought or an intent. (For example, if your character in that moment is thinking about going to the store, he'll pick that up and maybe the store in question. Nothing else. If your character was intending to kill someone and this was what was occupying their mind at the moment, he'd get a sense of that. He won't pick up the target unless it's made explicit.)
Will your character be able to pick up that they are being observed?: Joseph will pick up that someone is observing back if they do observe him. They don't even have to any special powers to feel it, if your character is naturally very astute then they'd be able to notice!
Does your character have any abilities that would interfere with Hermit Purple? Examples include - are they somehow incorporeal? Do they have a Persona which interferes with mind reading? Or do they have their own psychic powers which give them protection?

The strengths of Hermit Purple comes from that it gives Joseph considerable psychic/precognitive powers. By destroying a camera, Joseph can generate Psychic Photographs which can reveal the location of the intended target and what they are doing in that moment. Hermit Purple's target can sense that they are being watched, if they are keen enough and in that instance can be a two way thing.
Hermit Purple becomes more versatile when in contact with a TV or any device with a screen. By quickly changing channels, Hermit Purple can create an audible message of what Joseph wants to know. It can also read people's minds when connected to a TV. If Joseph concentrates, he can have a live video feed into a location or object or person using a TV.
Joseph would able to use the cellphone screen to project images using Hermit Purple, though he would not be able to send it to the network.
